Common use of Commitment to the Company Clause in Contracts

Commitment to the Company. During the term of this Agreement, Xxxxxxx shall devote such working time, attention and energies to the business of the Company, as is necessary or appropriate for the performance of her duties as Financial Reporting Manager.
