Data Protection All personal data relating to students and their families, referrers and any other third parties that is collected and stored, is done so in a way that complies with the General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Xxx 0000. Personal data is stored on systems that are encrypted and password protected, with servers in the UK. Whilst the GDPR and Data Protection Xxx 0000 place duties on organisations and individuals to process personal information fairly and lawfully; they are not a barrier to sharing information, where the failure to do so would cause the safety or well-being of a child to be compromised.
