Commissioning Tests. (i) Test the transformer oil for dielectric strength, tan-delta, and activity resistivity and dissolved gases. (ii) Test bushing oil for dielectric strength. (iii) Insulation test of winding (including tertiary winding if available). (iv) Capacitance and tan-delta test of condenser type bushings, before assembly.
