Commissioning Tests. Section 7.3.1 Consistent with its obligations with respect to the Construction Schedule, Supplier shall, upon not less than ten (10) Business Days notice to System Owner and the Independent Engineer, in the presence of the Independent Engineer and, at System Owner’s option, a representative of System Owner and the Host Customer, perform the Commissioning Tests in accordance with the test protocols set forth in Exhibit J. Section 7.3.2 Supplier shall, upon not less than ten (10) Business Days notice to System Owner and the Independent Engineer, in the presence of the Independent Engineer and, at System Owner’s option, a representative of System Owner and the Host Customer, perform other industry standard tests as part of the Commissioning Tests as reasonably requested by System Owner.
