The Parties may agree to apply a rate of commission on any individual policy other than the rate of commission shown in the attached Exhibits. Issuance of the policy by the Company at the revised rate shall be conclusive evidence of the Company's agreement to the revised rate. The Agency's consent to the issuance of the policy at the revised rate of commission shall be conclusive evidence of the Agency's agreement to the revised rate for that policy.\n6.
