Commercials. 14.05 When the Festival arranges to film or videotape a promotional commercial or commercials with an outside producer and hair, wigs and makeup from the Festival are to be used then at least one (1) employee shall be employed to set- up and assist, for the duration of the filming or videotaping. Allowances for meals and accommodation shall be agreed in discussion between the Director of Production for the Festival, and the Business Agent of the Union as each occasion demands.

Commercials. 14.05 10.08 When the Festival arranges to film or videotape a promotional commercial or commercials with an outside producer and hair, wigs a significant quantity of props and makeup set pieces from the Festival are to be used then at least one (1) employee Union person shall be employed to set- up and load, transport, set-up, assist, take-down and unload for the duration of the filming or videotaping. Allowances for meals and accommodation shall be agreed in discussion between the Director of Production for the Festival, and the Business Agent of the Union as each occasion demands.
