Common use of Commercially Reasonable Efforts Clause in Contracts

Commercially Reasonable Efforts. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereof, each of the parties hereto agrees to use its commercially reasonable efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all appropriate action, and to do or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper or advisable to consummate and make effective the transactions as contemplated by this Contribution Agreement and to cooperate in connection with the foregoing, including commercially reasonable efforts:

Commercially Reasonable Efforts.
