Common use of Commercially Reasonable Best Efforts Clause in Contracts

Commercially Reasonable Best Efforts. During the Pre-Closing Period, (a) the Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the conditions set forth in Section 6 to be satisfied on a timely basis, and (b) Parent and Merger Sub shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the conditions set forth in Section 7 to be satisfied on a timely basis.

During the Pre-Closing Period, (a) the Company shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to cause the conditions set forth in Section 6 to be satisfied on a timely basis, and (b) Parent and Merger Sub shall use their commercially reasonable best efforts to cause the conditions set forth in Section 7 to be satisfied on a timely basis.
