COMMERCIAL VEHICLES. For the parking of commercial vehicles involved in active construction projects, commercial vehicles shall be parked such that any interference with site distances or navigation of the roadways of the Corporation, or ingress/egress to private driveways within the Corporation, or use of the private roads of the Corporation is minimized. In no case shall a commercial vehicle block access to trailers parked in the lower Ballpark.
