Commercial Use Prohibited. Use of the Network and/or RCI Points is for the personal use of Members and, if permitted, their guests, and neither Members nor guests may use the Network or RCI Points for commercial purposes or monetary or other consideration, including, without limitation, auction, barter, rental, raffle or sale of RCI Points, Confirmed Exchanges or Guest Certificates for example, and RCI reserves the right to limit the number of Transactions by a Member. Any commercial use shall be grounds for immediate termination of Member’s membership and cancellation of any Exchange Request, Confirmed Exchange or other benefits of the Network without prior suspension of or notice to the Member, and any other rights or remedies RCI may have at law.
Commercial Use Prohibited. Members and their crews shall not receive personal financial compensation of any type from a third party to produce video projects using DCM Equipment. DCM assets, including equipment and studio facilities, shall not be used for private financial gain or commercial purposes. Equipment may not be used to promote any commercial product, service, or business, and may not be used for a direct commercial call to action. This Agreement does not prohibit Member from paying any expenses related to the creation and production of content using DCM facilities or Equipment.
Commercial Use Prohibited. Frontier's residential Internet access services are provided for residential usage only. Commercial or business use of residential services is prohibited. In the event of such usage Frontier at its option may suspend or terminate service or may move the customer to a commercial Internet access service, in which case higher charges may apply.
Commercial Use Prohibited. You shall not make any commercial use of the Twisted Engineering Sites or their contents, product listings, descriptions, or prices. You further agree not to download or copy any content or product information for the benefit of any third party or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. The Twisted Engineering Sites, or any portion thereof, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, displayed, sold, resold, visited, or exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Twisted Engineering.
Commercial Use Prohibited. The services provided under this agreement are for residential and business internet access. All additional commercial uses, including but not limited to, Web hosting, File Transfer Protocol services, e-commerce, resale of TheGEO Internet service, the collection or transmission of unsolicited bulk e-mail (including, but not limited to, Spam, Phish, fraud or malware), commercial transfer of any bulk data or any other commercial use of the Internet are strictly prohibited, unless agreed to and accepted, in writing, by TheGEO. Subscriber acknowledges that the Provider’s Internet Service may not be resold or redistributed by any means or method.
Commercial Use Prohibited. Events of a commercial nature are not permitted at the Clubhouse. Rental Party is prohibited from utilizing the rental of the Clubhouse to make a profit. Events held at the Clubhouse are intended for personal, non-commercial use only (i.e. baby showers, receptions, graduation parties, etc.) and under no circumstances shall commercial activities be solicited or held at the Clubhouse. Rental Party shall not hold any vendor fairs or similar events for profit at the Clubhouse, hold any event at the Clubhouse in which products are sold, or hold any events at the Clubhouse where participants are charged to participate. Any Rental Party found to be in violation of this provision will forfeit their entire Clubhouse Deposit and will be banned from renting the Clubhouse for not less than one year.
Commercial Use Prohibited. Despite Section (a) above, and regardless of whether the Vancouver Charter currently or in the future might permit the City to do so, the Dark Fibre may not be used for any activity or purpose which has as its predominant purpose or effect the generation of profit for the City by the sale, lease, licence or other arrangement by which access to or use of the Dark Fibre is given or granted to third parties (including the general public).
Commercial Use Prohibited. Commercial activity and operations, as defined in Tariff No. 4, Section 22 and in Section 3.10.2 below, are prohibited under this Agreement. Use of Premises is restricted to recreational boating purposes and vessels with recreational registration only. Operator shall not use, or authorize use of the Premises for any purpose not set forth in the Agreement without prior written approval of the Executive Director or designee.
Commercial Use Prohibited. Any use of the MFD Course for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any commercial use must be subject to a separate agreement with MFD.
Commercial Use Prohibited. Games of chance or lotteries are not permitted in the Facility or on the property or premises of the Center except as prescribed by law and with prior written approval of the College. Any and all products that Facility User wishes to sell, in the event they are not provided by the Center, must be approved by the Center in advance of Facility User’s event.
