A4.2.1 In terms of a Fully Managed arrangement, the Contractor must provide the Lead Organisation with a full breakdown of the services provided to each of the Customer Organisations receiving the Service, including all associated charges, in a format that would readily allow the Lead Organisation to chargeback the costs to the Customer Organisations receiving the services.
