Commercial rights. 8.1 Without prejudice to clause 7, the Team acknowledges that the Company will be seeking to maximise the income from the exploitation of the Commercial Rights for the Event by entering into a number of agreements with Commercial Partners. The Team undertakes to co-operate with the Company and the Commercial Partners in order to protect the Commercial Rights and in particular, the Team agrees that, unless agreed in writing by the Company and save as permitted by the Fundraising Rights granted to the Team:

Commercial rights. Network represents and warrants that it possesses all rights necessary to license the Commercials and Programs supplied by Network under this Agreement
Commercial rights. The Commission may charge for commercial stands, trade stands, catering outlets, grandstands, corporate hospitality or car parks sited on Commission Land. However, the organiser must inform the MLO in advance of any commercial stands planned for the event and their location, as part of the event and spectator safety planning process, and in accordance with this permission document. A separate arrangement will apply to the British Round of the World Rally Championships (currently called the Wales Rally GB).

A separate arrangement may apply to extraordinary events (e.g. international championships).
Commercial rights. All income generated by the exploitation of the Commercial Rights shall be the property of UANA. UANA shall agree that all such income will accrue to the Federation as a bonus for a successful championship. The Federation shall provide to UANA the promotion plan in relation to the organisation of the Championships no later than three months prior to the commencement of the Championships.
Commercial rights. FIS has exclusively licensed to the Rights Holder the transferable Commercial Rights to the FIS Championships in the Territory.
Commercial rights. For the period from the date of this Agreement until three months following the last day of competition at the Event, IPCNS grants the LOC the right to retain Event related revenues provided such revenues are used solely in relation to the Event and subject to the terms of this Agreement and the limitations in the Technical Requirements (particularly those related to marketing and broadcasting).
Commercial rights. U.S. Figure Skating owns all commercial rights to the Championships and such rights shall be the sole property of U.S. Figure Skating, except as assigned to the LOC under this Agreement.
