Commercial Purpose. The parties stipulate that the Premises is being leased exclusively for business, commercial, manufacturing, mercantile, or industrial purposes within the meaning of Section 8-110(a) of the Real Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, and that the provisions of Section 8-110(b) of such Article (or any future statute) pertaining to the redemption of reversionary interests under leases shall be inapplicable to this Lease.
