Commercial Public Liability. (1) The Concessioner shall provide commercial general liability insurance against claims arising out of or resulting from the acts or omissions of the Concessioner or its employees, agents or contractors, in carrying out the activities and operations required and/or authorized under this Contract.

Commercial Public Liability. The Concession Contractor shall acquire commercial general liability insurance against claims arising out of or resulting from the acts or omissions of the Concession Contractor or its employees, agents, or contractors in carrying out the activities and operations required or authorized under this Concession Contract. This insurance shall be in the amount commensurate with the degree of risk and the scope and size of the activities required under this Concession Contract, as more specifically set forth in Exhibit I. Furthermore, the commercial general liability package shall provide no less than the coverage and limits described in Exhibit I. All liability policies shall specify that the insurance company shall have no right of subrogation against the United States of America and shall provide that the United States of America is named an additional insured. From time to time, Reclamation may, at Reclamation‟s discretion, modify Exhibit I to revise the minimum required limits or to require additional types of insurance, provided that any additional requirements must be reasonable and consistent with the types of insurance a prudent businessperson would purchase in similar circumstances.

  • Excess Public Liability Insurance over and above the Employers’ Liability Commercial General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance coverage, with a minimum combined single limit of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) per occurrence/Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) aggregate.

  • Public Liability Insurance which will provide indemnity against the insured parties legal liability in the event of accidental death of or injury to third party persons and/or accidental loss of or damage to third party property arising directly from the execution of the contract with a limit of indemnity of R 100 million in respect of all claims arising from any one occurrence or series of occurrences consequent on or attributable to one source or original cause. The policy will be subject to a Deductible of R25 000 for Property Damage claims only but R250 000 where Loss or Damage involves Aircraft.

  • Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance A. During the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall at all times maintain, at its expense, the following coverages and requirements. The comprehensive general liability insurance shall include broad form property damage insurance.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Where the services to be provided under this Contract involve or require the use of any type of vehicle by Contractor, Contractor shall provide comprehensive business or commercial automobile liability coverage, including non-owned and hired automobile liability, in the amount of $1,000,000.00.

  • Insurance, Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage The Contractor shall require each of its subcontractors to secure and maintain during the life of the subcontract, insurance of the type specified in this Contract, or, the Contractor may insure the activities of its subcontractors in the Contractor’s policy, as specified in this Contract.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall contain provisions that specify that the policies are primary and shall apply to such extent without consideration for other policies separately carried and shall state that each insured is provided coverage as though a separate policy had been issued to each, except the insurer’s liability shall not be increased beyond the amount for which the insurer would have been liable had only one insured been covered. Each Party shall be responsible for its respective deductibles or retentions.
