Common use of Commercial Operation Clause in Contracts

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before December 31, 2023, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before December 31, 2023, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before December 31September 30, 20232022, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before December 31September 30, 20232022, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before December 31February 28, 2023, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before December 31September 30, 2023, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before December 31, 20232016, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before December 31, 20232016, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

(i) On or before December 31April 18, 20232024, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before December 31September 29, 20232024, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before December 31January 1, 20232021, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before December 31January 1, 20232021, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

(i) On or before December 31June 30, 20232022, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before December 31September 30, 20232022, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

(i) On or before December June 1, 2017July 31, 20232021, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before December June 1, 2017July 31, 2023, 2021 Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Commercial Operation. (i) On or before December 31January 1, 20232018, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before December 31, 2023, . (i) On or before December 31, 20232011, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units; (ii) On or before December 31, 20232011, Wholesale Market Participant must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy and, if applicable obtain capacity qualification consistent with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.
