Commercial Operation Procedure Sample Clauses

The Commercial Operation Procedure clause defines the steps and requirements necessary for a project or facility to be declared commercially operational. Typically, this clause outlines the testing, certification, and documentation that must be completed to demonstrate that the facility is capable of operating at agreed performance levels. For example, it may require successful completion of performance tests and submission of compliance certificates before commercial operations can officially begin. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties agree on when the facility is ready for commercial use, thereby reducing disputes and clarifying responsibilities at the commencement of operations.
