Commercial Liability Coverage. Lessee shall maintain in full force and effect for the period covered by this Agreement, commercial general liability insurance. This insurance shall include, but shall not be limited to, comprehensive general liability insurance providing protection against claims arising from bodily and personal injury, including death resulting therefrom, and damage to property resulting from any act or occurrence arising out of Lessee's operations in the performance of this Agreement. The policy shall provide not less than single limit coverage applying to bodily and personal injury, including death resulting therefrom, and Property damage in the minimum amounts of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) per aggregate. The insurance shall include coverage for the following: (i) Premises/Operations; (ii) Contractual; (iii) Broad Form Property Damage and (iv) Personal Injury.

Commercial Liability Coverage a. The TOWN, its officers, employees and volunteers are to be covered as additional insured’s as respects: liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of the entity entering into this contract for service including the insured's general supervision of the premises owned, occupied or used by the entity entering into this contract. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to the TOWN, its officers, employees and volunteers.

  • General Liability Coverage The CONTRACTOR shall maintain commercial general liability insurance in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. If a commercial general liability insurance form or other form with a general aggregate limit is used, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to the work to be performed under this Agreement or the general aggregate limit shall be at least twice the required occurrence limit.
