Common use of Commercial Diligence Clause in Contracts

Commercial Diligence. Pfizer will use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Commercialize a given Product in the Field in each Major Market Country in the Territory where Pfizer or its designated Affiliates or Sublicensees has received Regulatory Approval for such Product. Pfizer will have no other diligence obligations with respect to the Commercialization of Products under this Agreement.

Commercial Diligence. Pfizer will use (and cause its Affiliates to use) Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Commercialize a given Product [***] in the Field in each Major Market Country in the Territory where Pfizer or its designated Affiliates or Sublicensees has received Regulatory Approval for such ProductProduct in such indication. Pfizer will have no other diligence obligations with respect to the Commercialization of Products under this Agreement.

Pfizer will have no other diligence obligations with respect to the Commercialization of Products under this Agreement.

Pfizer will use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Commercialize a given Product in an indication in the Field in each Major Market Country in the Territory where Pfizer or its designated Affiliates or Sublicensees has received Regulatory Approval for such ProductProduct in such indication. Pfizer will have no other diligence obligations with respect to the Commercialization of Products under this Agreement.

Commercial Diligence. Pfizer will use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Commercialize a given each Licensed Product in the Field in each United States and at least one Major Market Country in the Territory where Pfizer or its designated Affiliates or Sublicensees Sublicensee has received Regulatory Approval for such Licensed Product. Pfizer will have no other diligence obligations with respect to the Commercialization of Products under this Agreement.
