Common use of Commercial Copies Clause in Contracts

Commercial Copies. The Corporation shall, as soon as possible but in any event not later than 2:00pm (local time at the place of delivery) on the Business Day following the date of receipt from the OSC of the Preliminary Passport System Decision Document or the Final Passport System Decision Document, as the case may be (or such other date or time as the Underwriters and the Corporation may agree), and no later than 2:00pm (local time) on the first Business Day after the execution of any Supplementary Material in connection with the Prospectuses, cause to be delivered to the Underwriters, without charge, commercial copies of the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or such Supplementary Material, in such numbers and in such cities as the Underwriters may reasonably request by oral or written instructions to the Corporation or the printer thereof given no later than the time when the Corporation authorizes the printing of the commercial copies of such documents.
