Common use of Commercial Automobile Liability Clause in Contracts

Commercial Automobile Liability. If one or more automobiles is used in the performance of the Services, Commercial Automobile Liability insurance covering liability arising out of the operation, use, loading, or unloading of a motor vehicle, including owned, hired, and non-owned motor vehicles, assigned to or used in connection with the Services, with limits of not less than $1 million combined single limit per accident.
