Commencing Negotiations. The Employer and the Union shall, within fourteen (14) days of the date of the notice provided under Clause 23.2, commence collective bargaining for the purpose of reaching agreement as to the adjustment to the effect of the technological change and in what way if any, this Agreement should be amended.

Commencing Negotiations. ‌ Negotiations for a successor Agreement shall commence during the first (1st) week of March 2019, or such other date as may be mutually agreed upon, in writing, by the Parties. The Parties shall present any proposed changes desired in a Successor Agreement by the end of the second (2nd) meeting.

Commencing Negotiations. Either party to this agreement may initi- ate negotiations for a successor agreement on or before March 1 in the final year of this agreement. Notice shall be in writing addressed to the Superintendent if requested by the Association, or to the President of the Association if requested by the Superintendent.
