Commencing Negotiations. The Employer and the Union shall, within fourteen (14) days of the date of the notice provided under Clause 23.2, commence collective bargaining for the purpose of reaching agreement as to the adjustment to the effect of the technological change and in what way if any, this Agreement should be amended.

Commencing Negotiations. Negotiations for a successor agreement shall commence during the first (1st) week of March 2019, or such other date as may be mutually agreed upon, in writing, by the Parties. The Parties shall present any proposed changes desired in a Successor Agreement by the end of the second (2nd) meeting.

  • Opening Negotiations 4.2.1 Between April 1 and April 30 of each ensuing year, either the Association or the Board shall submit a written request for negotiations to commence to the other party, if it desires there to be negotiations for that year. If no such request is made during the time period above, negotiations will not take place for the ensuing year.

  • Terms and Reopening Negotiations This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023 and thereafter until modifications are made pursuant to P.E.L.R.A. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations for the next Agreement more than 90 days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.

  • Successor Negotiations A. If one of the parties desires to modify the Agreement, they shall notify the other party in writing no less than one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to the termination of this Agreement.

  • Mutual Negotiations This Agreement and the other Transaction Documents are the product of mutual negotiations by the parties thereto and their counsel, and no party shall be deemed the draftsperson of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document or any provision hereof or thereof or to have provided the same. Accordingly, in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity of any provision of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, such inconsistency or ambiguity shall not be interpreted against any party because of such party’s involvement in the drafting thereof.
