Common use of COMMENCEMENT; TERM Clause in Contracts

COMMENCEMENT; TERM. 2.1 This Agreement shall commence from its date of execution mentioned above/ be deemed to have commenced from (Effective Date). 2.2 This Agreement shall be in force for a period year(s) from Effective Date, unless terminated by the Bank by notice in writing in accordance with the termination clauses of this Agreement. 2.3 The Bank shall have the right at its discretion to renew this Agreement in writing, for a further terms of year (s) on mutually agreed terms and conditions. 2.4 Unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement, the Agreement shall come to an end on completion of the term specified in the Agreement or on expiration of the renewed term.
