Commencement of Lease. 4.2.1 The Lease Commencement Date will be as follows, provided that in all cases Lease Commencement Date is not after the Validity Date,
Commencement of Lease. Subject always to the provisions of 4 of Annex “A” hereto, and notwithstanding the date of signature hereof, this Lease shall commence on the Commencement Date.

Commencement of Lease. 9.1 This Lease shall be entered into and become effective after it is signed and sealed by both parties.
