COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION. 3.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue, unless terminated either: 3.1.1 by one Party serving on the other not less than 30 days’ notice to terminate this Agreement, such notice to expire no earlier than the first anniversary of the commencement of this Agreement or (as the case may be) any subsequent anniversary; or 3.1.2 pursuant to Schedule 2.

COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION. 3.1 2.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date listed within the Annex A of this agreement and shall continue, unless terminated either: 3.1.1 2.1.1 by one Party serving on the other not less than 30 days’ notice to terminate this Agreement, such notice to expire no earlier than the first anniversary of the commencement of this Agreement or (as the case may be) any subsequent anniversary; or 3.1.2 2.1.2 pursuant to Schedule 23.

Unless terminated earlier in accordance with clause 15 (Termination) or this clause 3.2, (a) this Agreement shall continuecontinue for an initial term of two (2) years (Initial Term) from the Commencement Date; and (b) following the end of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically continue unless terminated either: 3.1.1 by one either Party serving on gives the other not less than 30 days’ Party at least three (3) months written notice to terminate this Agreement, of termination and provided that such notice to expire no earlier than of termination may not be given during the first anniversary of the commencement of this Agreement or (as the case may be) any subsequent anniversary; or 3.1.2 pursuant to Schedule 2Initial Term.

Such notice shall expire on an anniversary of the Commencement Date but, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not expire any earlier than the end of the Minimum Term. 2.2 The parties shall not enter into any further Statements of Work after the date on which notice to terminate this Agreement, such notice to expire no earlier than the first anniversary of the commencement of this Agreement or (as the case may be) any subsequent anniversary; or 3.1.2 pursuant to Schedule 2is served under clause 2.1.
