Combined Minimum Tangible Net Worth Clause Samples

Combined Minimum Tangible Net Worth. At all times the Tangible Net Worth of the Combined Parties shall equal or exceed the sum of $500,000,000, increased on a cumulative basis as of the end of each calendar quarter of the Combined Parties, commencing with the calendar quarter ending June 30, 2000 by an amount equal to eighty-five percent (85%) of the aggregate Net Cash Proceeds of all Equity Issuances effected by any Combined Party after the date hereof to any Person other than a Combined Party during such calendar quarter.
