Combined Engagement Sample Clauses

The Combined Engagement clause defines the terms under which multiple parties collaborate or participate jointly in a particular project or service. Typically, this clause outlines the roles, responsibilities, and contributions of each party, as well as how decisions are made and how liabilities or profits are shared among them.
