Combined Crews. When the electric utility deems it necessary to combine two or more crews, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ with the layout of the job shall be the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Other foremen or leadmen shall not suffer any loss in pay, but will work as journeymen. Total combined crew size shall not exceed eight (8) employees.
