Combinations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, for purposes of the license grants under Sections 9.1 through Section 9.3 with respect to any Licensed Product that is a Combination, such license will only include a license with respect to any Party Component of such Combination if such Licensed Product (a) is a Combination Product or (b) a Combination Therapy [***] For clarity, except in the case of the foregoing clause (b), in no event is a license granted hereunder to either Party or its Related Parties with respect to a the other Party’s Component of a Combination Therapy.
