Common use of COMBATING TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS Clause in Contracts

COMBATING TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS. Seller agrees to prohibit trafficking in persons during the performance of this Agreement. This includes all activities involving trafficking in persons, the procurement of commercial sex acts, and the use of forced labor as outlined in U.S. laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (22 U.S.C. 78) and Executive Order 13627. If Seller becomes aware of any prohibited activity, they will immediately notify Procurement Compliance as ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ including: 1) The known details of the prohibited trafficking activity, including type of activity, timeframe and location and the occurrence(s), and any other information Seller used to assess the credibility of the detection or notification of the activity: 2) Any actions Seller has taken to remediate; and
