The "Collocator's SBC-13STATE" clause defines the rights and responsibilities of a collocator—typically a telecommunications provider—when accessing and using facilities owned or operated by SBC-13STATE, a regional telecommunications company. This clause outlines the terms under which the collocator may install, maintain, and operate its equipment within SBC-13STATE's premises, including any technical, safety, or operational requirements that must be met. By establishing clear guidelines for facility access and use, the clause helps prevent disputes, ensures network integrity, and facilitates efficient interconnection between service providers.
