College of Nurses Sample Clauses

College of Nurses. Professional leave with pay, will be granted to nurses who are elected to the College of Nurses to attend regularly scheduled meetings of the College of Nurses. Such leaves will be subject to approval of the Division Director or Designate. Such leaves will not be unreasonably denied.

College of Nurses. A nurse shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing exams arising out of the Quality Assurance Program required by the College of Nurses of Ontario, to a maximum of three (3) days, with supporting documentation. Part-time nurses will be credited with seniority and service for all such hours paid as provided above for the purpose of writing such exams.

  • Health Care The Company will reimburse the Executive for the cost of maintaining continuing health coverage under COBRA for a period of no more than 12 months following the date of termination, less the amount the Executive is expected to pay as a regular employee premium for such coverage. Such reimbursements will cease if the Executive becomes eligible for similar coverage under another benefit plan.
