College Mail Clause Samples
The 'College Mail' clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the use of a college's official mail system by students, faculty, or staff. Typically, it outlines who is permitted to use the mail services, what types of materials can be sent, and any restrictions on personal or commercial use. For example, it may specify that only official college business may be conducted through the mail system, or that certain items are prohibited from being sent. The core function of this clause is to ensure the proper and efficient use of college mail resources, prevent misuse, and maintain compliance with institutional policies.
