Common use of College Facilities Clause in Contracts

College Facilities. Union representatives may use a College’s meeting spaces when available, typewriters, duplicating equipment, calculators, computers, campus mail, and email under reasonable guidelines set forth by the designated administrator, providing the Union shall pay monthly to the College the normal and usual charge, if any, prevailing for such use. Use may be terminated if such charges are not paid within thirty (30) days.
