Collective Bargaining Units. Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Employer included in the bargaining unit described below: All full-time and regular part-time Assistant Prosecutor and Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys employed in the Clinton County Prosecutor Office, BUT EXCLUDING Prosecutor, Investigator, clerical employees, and all other employees.

Collective Bargaining Units. The County hereby agrees to recognize the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative, as defined in Act No. 336, State of Michigan, Public Acts of 1947, as amended, for all employees employed by the County in the following described units for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the County of Benzie including the assistant animal control officer.
