Until the Indenture is terminated pursuant to Section 12.1, the Master Issuer shall cause all Collections due and to become due to the Master Issuer, any other Securitization Entity or the Trustee, as the case may be, to be deposited and, to the extent applicable, withdrawn in the following manner:
