Common use of Collections; Allocation Clause in Contracts

Collections; Allocation. Subject to the Past Due Rental Payments Priorities, on each Series 2022-3 Deposit Date, HVF III shall direct the Trustee in writing to apply, and, on such Series 2022-3 Deposit Date, the Trustee shall apply, all amounts deposited into the Collection Account on such date as follows: (a) first, withdraw the Series 2022-3 Daily Interest Allocation, if any, for such date from the Collection Account and deposit such amount in the Series 2022-3 Interest Collection Account; and (b) second, withdraw the Series 2022-3 Daily Principal Allocation, if any, for such date from the Collection Account and deposit such amount into the Series 2022-3 Principal Collection Account.

Subject to the Past Due Rental Payments Priorities, on each Series 2022-3 2 Deposit Date, HVF III shall direct the Trustee in writing to apply, and, on such Series 2022-3 2 Deposit Date, the Trustee shall apply, all amounts deposited into the Collection Account on such date as follows: (a) first, withdraw the Series 2022-3 2 Daily Interest Allocation, if any, for such date from the Collection Account and deposit such amount in the Series 2022-3 2 Interest Collection Account; and (b) second, withdraw the Series 2022-3 2 Daily Principal Allocation, if any, for such date from the Collection Account and deposit such amount into the Series 2022-3 2 Principal Collection Account.
