If the Protocol requires the collection of Biological Samples, then Institution shall collect and use such Biological Samples in accordance with the Protocol, the Informed Consent, and in compliance with Applicable Law. Na žiadosť zadávateľa, alebo ak to vyžaduje protokol, inštitúcia/zodpovedný skúšajúci doručia biologické vzorky zadávateľovi alebo ním určenej osobe. Zadávateľ bude používať takéto biologické vzorky v súlade s protokolom, informovaným súhlasom a v súlade s platnými právnymi predpismi.
