Collection Site. a. If there is a trained Collector available on site, the City may conduct “on-site” tests (alcohol breathalyzer testing and oral fluid testing). If any of those tests are “Non- Negative,” a confirmation test will be performed. The on-site tests may enable the Covered Employee and the City to know immediately whether that employee has been cleared for work.
