Common use of COLLECTION COST Clause in Contracts

COLLECTION COST. If PrimeCredit refers the collection of my Card Account to a collection agency and/ or a lawyer, I shall be liable to pay the reasonable costs and expenses of such collection agency and/or lawyer and such other reasonable costs and expenses incurred by PrimeCredit in recovering such payment and enforcing its rights.
