Collecting & Testing Customer Equipment. The Subcontractor must carry out all testing required by the Agreement and the relevant Scope of Works to confirm that the Services and Works under a Work Order comply with the Agreement. The Subcontractor must carry out additional or special tests consistent with Best Industry Practice to identify and overcome any actual or suspected Defect, to address any failed tests or where the Subcontractor or Tandem has reason to suspect a non-compliance with the Agreement.
