Collateral Custodian Compensation. As compensation for its Collateral Custodian activities hereunder, the Collateral Custodian shall be entitled to the Collateral Custodian Fees from the Borrower as set forth in the Backup Servicer and Collateral Custodian Fee Letter, payable pursuant to the extent of funds available therefor pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.04.
