Common use of Collateral and Guarantee Requirement Clause in Contracts

Collateral and Guarantee Requirement. Clause (i) of the Collateral and Guarantee Requirement shall have been satisfied. For purposes of determining whether the Closing Date has occurred, each Lender that has executed this Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted, or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required hereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to the Administrative Agent or such Lender, as the case may be. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower and the Lenders of the Closing Date, and such notice shall be conclusive and binding.
