Collateral Access / Lien Waiver Agreements. Deliver to the Collateral Agent fully-executed landlord waivers, bailee agreements, collateral access agreements, third party lien waivers or other consents, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent, within (i) thirty (60) calendar days following the Closing Date (or such later date as Collateral Agent may agree in its sole discretion) with respect to the Collateral or locations at which any Collateral (or books and records pertaining to the Collateral) is located as of the Closing Date, (ii) thirty (30) calendar days following the Approved Acquisition (or such later date as Collateral Agent may agree in its sole discretion) with respect to the Collateral acquired in connection with the Approved Acquisition or locations at which any Collateral (or books and records pertaining to the Collateral) is located following the consummation of the Approved Acquisition, and (iii) thirty (30) calendar days following the date on which any Collateral or locations at which any Collateral (or books and records pertaining to the Collateral) is located after the date hereof which are not subject to an agreement, waiver or consent pursuant to the foregoing clause (i) or (ii); and
