COH Representations. COH hereby represents, warrants and covenants to Dicerna that it has not, prior to the Effective Date, entered into any agreement and has not granted any now existing, or agreed to grant any future, license, right or privilege which agreement, license, right or privilege conflicts in any way with any license, right or privileges granted to Dicerna hereunder.
