Common use of Code of Conduct Clause in Contracts

Code of Conduct. 35.1 The Employees once having been presented with the Employer’s “Rules” and/or “Code of Conduct” and once having accepted them to be reasonable will be bound by them until released by the Employer or until the employee ceases to be employed by the Employer whichever is applicable.
