Common use of Code of Conduct Clause in Contracts

Code of Conduct. If Contractor is working at facilities controlled or owned by the State of Utah, Contractor agrees to follow and enforce the applicable code of conduct which will be provided upon request by Contractor to the Eligible User. Contractor will assure that each employee or each employee of Subcontractor(s) under Contractor’s supervision receives a copy of such code of conduct.

The applicable code of conduct will be provided to Contractor upon request.
