Coca. Cola Ltd, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Canada, with principal offices at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ – Canada (“CCL”) is willing to provide the services set forth in Section 6(b) of this Agreement, and Distributor wishes to appoint CCL to perform such services with respect to the Products as part of Distributor’s sale of Products in the Territory, with performance to commence as of the Commencement Date.

Coca. Cola refers to The Coca-Cola Company, its subsidiaries, its bottling companies and franchisees or other holding Coca-Cola bottling rights from licensing or similar arrangements.
Coca. Cola HBC NI will work with its suppliers and customers to promote and implement good environmental practice and business efficiency. a) Promotion of environmental stewardship and its economic benefits.
b) Enhanced environmental performance right along the Coca-Cola HBC NI value chain.
c) Utilisation of the Coca-Cola HBC NI sphere of influence to promote environmental awareness.
