Total reserve information was acquired by the author when he personally inspected the site on September 30, 2009. Additional information acquired by reviewing reserve research records maintained by Black Diamond Enterprises, Inc. in its office in Cedar Bluff, Virginia and from the records maintained at the MxXxxxxx County Courthouse located in Welch, West Virginia. LOCATION AND ACCESS The subject resource is located on approximately 200 acres of property that is owned in fee by GFC 2005. As may be noted in the photographs which are a part of this report, the town of Northfork is adjacent to the property and both homes and businesses may easily be seen by looking southward from the reserve site. Northfork is a small town, with a population of approximately 700 people that is located near the state line in southeastern West Virginia. The property is easily accessed by taking US Highway 52 northwestward, approximately 25 miles, from Bluefield, West Virginia. It is also served by a major railroad. Water and electrical power are readily available on the site. A legal description of the subject property is enclosed as Attachment A.

  • BUYER'S FACILITIES 1. Buyer will maintain at its own expense facilities from the delivery point to the point of use and the burners and equipment for using gas, and Buyer will at all times keep gas-using equipment on said premises in a condition conforming with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed therefore by regulatory authority having jurisdiction thereover and with the requirements of any valid law thereto appertaining. In the event that rules are not prescribed by a regulatory authority, Buyer will abide by codes as used in the gas industry.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Operators Any and all Operators of the Equipment shall be duly experienced, trained and qualified to operate Equipment of this type. Although We may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified Operators with whom We are familiar, We do not supply Operators. You must supply and employ any Operator who operates the Equipment (even if the Operator is the owner of the Equipment or owner of a company that owns the Equipment) and that Operator shall be deemed to be Your employee and acting under Your supervision or control for all purposes and shall be covered as an insured on all of Your applicable insurance policies.

  • Minerals All minerals, crops, timber, trees, shrubs, flowers and landscaping features now or hereafter located on, under or above Land;
