Coaching Recognition. (i) $100,000 in any contract year/season for which Coach is named a National Coach of the Year for one (or more) of the following: ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Coach of the Year Award, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Coach of the Year Award, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Coach of the Year, Home Depot Coach of the Year, Associated Press Coach of the Year, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Football Foundation Coach of the Year; and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Coach of the Year. Only one $100,000 incentive payment per year/season will be made even if Coach is recognized with more than one of these national coaching awards in such year/season; and, (ii) $50,000 in any contract year/season for which Coach is named Big 12 Coach of the Year.
