CO-OPERATION & COMMUNICATION Teamwork. 9.1 In keeping with the intent of this Agreement, continued emphasis will be placed on teamwork. This means that all employees will be responsible for the quality and quantity of the work within their control. 9.2 To ensure that communication is improved, all problems/difficulties are to be immediately reported to the appropriate Supervisor. This will ensure that all grievances and problems are dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner.
